L’atelier du Bois Chantourné - Hand made wood craft
At his workshop in Le Beilloux, Gilles Chambreuil is a creative wizard with his fretsaw.
He makes decorative wooden toys, games, clocks, lamps and many more; there is something for all tastes. You are invited into the workshop to see a demonstration where he will explain how the objects are made whilst respecting the environment.
A starter’s workshop session (approx 15 mins duration) is available for children 5 years old and above, where they will be able to make a simple object to keep.
Opening times
School holidays – open 10am to 12 noon and 2pm to 7pm.
Closed Monday mornings and on Sundays.
Out of school holiday times - arrange visit beforehand with M. Chambreuil.
Prices
Individuals – free.
Group visits – 1, 50€ for each participant, free for accompanying adults.
Starter’s workshops – individuals 4€, for groups please contact Mr or Mme Chambreuil to discuss beforehand.
